Exchange & Refund Policy
- Our products are hygiene/consumable items similar to cosmetics. Therefore, once the product has been opened, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Exchanges and refunds are available within 7 days of receipt only in the following cases:
The product was damaged during delivery
You received the wrong item
The product is defective or inconsistent with its description
- Products with expired return request periods, damaged packaging, or signs of use cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All exchange/refund requests must be made in advance through Customer Service (via email/inquiry form). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- For change-of-mind returns (e.g., mistaken orders), only unused and unopened products are eligible, and the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- Even in the case of defective products or wrong delivery, customers must prepay the one-way return shipping fee. Once the issue is confirmed, we will reimburse the shipping cost.
- All exchanges and refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
